Biography

Liz is considered one of the "top five thought leaders in the contact center industry" and has previously led service organizations at ADP, IMS Heath, The Pepsi-Cola Company and Levi Strauss & Company where she has received several awards. In 2002 she was nominated for the Enrst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year. In 2004 she was named to Who's Who in American Business Leadership.

The Radclyffe Family of Companies consists of three limited liability companaies, The Radclyffe Group, Radclyffe Solutions and Radclyffe University. All three organizations are dedicated to providing contact center leaders and their teams with the tools, education and resources necessary to deliver World Class Service.

Liz has served on the National Board of Directors of SOCAP, was Northern California Chapter President and is an active member of ASTD, ISA, ICSA and Organization Development Network. She holds a Masters Degree from Seton Hall University and teaches at the CallCenterCampus at Purdue University. She is regulary interviewed by the Wall Street Journal, Call Center Magazine and numerous trade journals.

Interests

Liz is passionate about contact center culture and its impact on performance results. She has made it her mission to identify how to improve contact center culture and employee morale in organizations. Liz is also passionate about animals and preserving the rights of animals through her contributions and work.
